Gaggles of Geese Going South? or North?

 ...just as confused as the geese.

Treating Friday as the new Saturday means that we need to treat Saturday as the new Friday:  Work day.

We did drag ourselves away from work for a speed walk at the park.  Look at the large numbers of Canada geese in the picture, above.  It took us two additional photos to capture all the geese, but we want to be respectful of Geoff's low bird tolerance.  The geese all look pretty similar anyway.

We have never seen so many Canada geese at the park at one time; it confuses us.  We think maybe the geese are confused by the weather.  It was nearly 90 degrees today...November 3.  Are the birds heading south for the winter (because days are shorter) or north for the summer (because it's hot)?

Could someone get back to us on this?
