Back to Our Project List
Speaking of having more time, we are enjoying getting back to our list and tackling projects. You know the projects. Not the ones you dread. The ones you added to the list because they make you happy, and their completion brings great satisfaction. And, yes, the ones you foolishly thought you could accomplish during the semester. Those projects. We are on Project Number Three already. Today we'd like to showcase our first project, The Wedding Bouquet Preservation Project.
When Tiana and Alex married in June 2014, we eagerly took on the project of drying Tiana's bouquet. We finished the project a few days ago. Hurrah!
This project made us very happy because, first, Tiana really deserved to have her bouquet before her five-year anniversary, and because, second, we have never dried a bouquet and are feeling quite self-congratulatory.
What's that? You have so much free time today that you are actually bored? You've never dried a bouquet (beyond hanging it upside down next to the water heater) and would like to see a video? Oh, all right.
Here's a 2-minute video of the Wedding Bouquet Preservation Project, start to finish, 4.5 years in the making.
Yay for more time! Yay for more projects!
