Birthday Month Day Seven: To Boldly Go Where No One Has Gone Before [At Least Not the Two of Us]

Brain cancer is...

...boldly exploring new galaxies.

You recall the Star Trek tagline, "To boldly go where no one has gone before"?  (Which is of course silly because there were natives wherever the Enterprise landed, but that's a separate story...)

Today we boldly went where the two of us have never gone before.  Here are some of our bold new discoveries, in pictures:

1.  Despite all of our hours at Craig Park, Darrell has never boldly sat at this bench.

2.  Despite all our years of best intentions, we have never boldly visited an attorney to plan our estate.  We have been far too busy.  Today?  We boldly planned.

3.  Despite its compactness, our backyard has a corner we have never boldly explored.  The neighbors' removal of our beloved bougainvilleas sent us to the back corner for debris removal.

 Ugh.  More boldness required.

4.  Despite August being the birthday month, we have never boldly celebrated an August 7th birthday.
