Potato Salad: Total Holiday Eclipse

Brain cancer is...

...loving the potato salad!

By 9:45 a.m. at the park, Darrell proclaimed: "We have enough material for three blog posts." 
He was referring to:


1.  We ran into Denise at the park and walked and talked with her. First time ever:A friend at the park!

2.  We watched the egrets nest--together! and in the tree!  You, Brenda!

3. Darrell earned a dollar because Andi was wrong (again!).  As the pic below shows, there is such a thing as a ball field where one can only play softball (not baseball).  Darrell requests that you know this information.  Dang.

All of these events were important in our day.  And then LuAnn came over for a Labor Day barbeque.  She brought the sauerkraut (delish) and the watermelon (juicy).  She brought  potato salad.


The lesson of the day:  Potato salad eclipses all.
