Four Square Inches of Silver Lining

 ...appreciating how fortunate we are.

Tonight we enjoyed a Zoom birthday party for Linda.  Happy Birthday, Linda!

Of course it's sad not to be able to give her a birthday hug on one of our beloved train trips to Ventura, but on the screen you see four square inches of silver lining during the days of CoVid:  Brady, Bennett, Linda, and Christian.

Without CoVid, we doubt that we would have spent a Thursday evening talking with each of them about their lives and ours.  We feel fortunate indeed.

We feel the same way about all our loved ones--near and far--with whom we would probably not have connected as regularly.  Thank you, loved ones, for your connections and the ways you enrich our lives.
