Brain cancer is...
...savoring one more walk at the lake.
Tomorrow is our last full day here. We predict it will be an indoor day, so we spent the last daylight hours walking at the lake today. Its beauty squeezes our hearts a little differently on the last day of a trip.
Hey! We finished the lamp project today! It’s in the little bedroom, which we are attempting to glamorize a bit.
We like to bring our travels home with us in our decorating. Oddly, it was our night in jail in Pueblo Colorado (here) that inspired the lamp project, with multiple bulbs suspended separately from the ceiling.
We also added the mirrors, which I finished painting yesterday.
We hope you like it, but don’t get too attached. You’ll be sleeping in the big bedroom when you visit us here.
