...adept at knowing when to leave the nail pulling to the pros.
When we were at her home, Captain Munns spotted the nail (above) in our tire and chalked it. Today we took the car in to have the tire patched.
This never happens: It was just a "little shorty" nail that didn't puncture fully or compromise the tire's ability to hold air. No charge. We know where to go when the nail does need pulling and my vice grips don't do the trick, that's for sure.
Impending Shortages
Have you noticed? Diet Mtn Dew is in very short supply. Forget toilet paper! Now we have a problem!
Fortunately we found the last box of cans at Walgreens today.
We can find plastic bottles, but they just don't have that canny taste Darrell loves.

(We feel safe in saying that this wish is already true for virtually all Team D members. Phew.)
