Brain cancer is...
...reading a good radiologist's report, via Nova.
The scan went off swimmingly this morning; not one glitch, and Nova and Alex met us at home for doughnuts and post-scan fun by 9:30.
The St. Jude radiologist filed his report by early afternoon. He found nothing new; no residual tumor and no recurrent tumor. As you see, Nova handed the good news over to her G'Pops.
So the initial report couldn't be better. We get the final news from Drs. Cloughesy (Thursday) and Dr. Park (next Tuesday), and then we say, "See you later, brain cancer!" for 2020.
This is the first time Nova participated in the scan process. She certainly provided medicine for our hearts.
She helped me with the post-scan array change.
She also fit in a little time for Santa play.
Today we learned:
When life gives you puffy pants...
...put them on your head.
Thanks for all your good wishes, friends. Where would we be without you?
We hope your news is good today too. If you need help with your puffy pants, we got you.
