I was already at the computer working this morning when Darrell opened the freezer to discover that one of my Hoppy Refreshers spent the night there...and exploded. 

"Oh noooo," was Darrell's first utterance.  He started cleaning and then exclaimed, "This is the worst mess ever!"  Frozen Hoppy and shards of glass made for a tough clean-up job.

 

But when he was finished, Darrell changed his tune and concluded,  "It's good to clean out the freezer every once in a while."  Which title do you prefer?  Go ahead and pick.

We love both titles and feel that, taken together, they represent an excellent reframe. 

Darrell, thanks for putting my Hoppy in the freezer and, later, for cleaning it up.  I am a fortunate woman in so many ways.

We're pretty sure that what woke us up this morning was a chorus from the lilies.

Later, on our walk, we admired this rose.  Look how sweet the white and pink are together.
