...getting caught off guard by new sights.

Darrell and I have both caught glimpses of Zachary's hand as he went about his business throughout the day and gasped when we saw his wedding ring.  

Although we fervently wished that our sons would find treasured life partners, apparently when we took pictures of Zach like this 25 years ago

we never imagined that such tiny, practically boneless fingers might so quickly grow to wear an outward symbol of undying commitment to his partner, Summer.  

Whoa.  Cool.
