Let's Be Late Birds.

Brain cancer is...

...standing in line at 6:30 a.m.

Today we launched Cancer Course, which begins with blood work.   Our idea was to arrive at the lab right when it opens at 6:30, given all the hype about early birds getting the worms and all.

Apparently there are many early birds.  Today Darrell decided that next time, we'll be late birds.

All's well that ends well, though.  As early birds, we made it to the park by 7:15 with plenty of time for six miles.

(Upcoming Cancer Course events:  MRI on 10/09; UCLA on 10/14; Dr. Park on 10/15.)
