...celebrating Summer's success!

We shared back in August (in this post) that Summer was preparing for the comprehensive exams for her PhD program. Today we got the great news: She passed! With flying colors!

Life is on hold for PhD students while they wait for results, so imagine her relief. Her professional life can move forward. We are so happy for her. Above, at the Village for lunch, Darrell lifted a Diet Coke in her honor. Cheers Summer!
