Brain cancer is...
...a little bossy. And I love it.
Darrell did some tossing and turning last night and thus had some time to think. His first words this morning were, "I've got the whole day planned."
His was a very good plan. It involved coffee and breakfast with the birds, plenty of work time for me, an outing, and his scheduled time at the assembly line.
The pic, above, was during our outing. For the first time, we had lunch at Get the Burger. Summer and Zach love it. It's a bit of a local phenom, but throughout the years we have rarely found it open. It was hopping today, and the burgers were great. Yes, we had fries. What happens in Big Bear stays in Big Bear.

We are also meeting more neighbors. Today we met Duke, Peggy, and their shy Golden Retriever Amanda.
