...such an ardent supporter!
We worked out today. Blech. We don't love it, but we continue to improve.
For the first time in my life, I did 27 regular (toe) pushups in a single set. Above you see Darrell bowing down before me to honor my accomplishment.
Well, that's a first! Next time maybe I can do 28.
I wanted to bow down to honor him and the delicious chili he made for lunch, but my arms were too tired.
