Keeping Busy With Covid

Brain cancer is...


...staying busy with strength training and walking.

Like a lot of people, were are filling our time lifting weights and doing push-ups, sit-ups, and other exercises that use all kinds of furniture (here; side note:  we still dislike strength training, but we haven't missed a workout!).  For aerobic exercise, we walk and we walk.  New to us is practicing our balance on a wobble board (see above; it can be done).

Darrell's too modest to mention that I walked by as he was doing his shoulder raises, above, and said, "Nice TRIs!"  (Get it?  Nice triceps?)  Great progress, Darrell!
