Nova Patrol Day

Brain cancer is...

...appreciating Nova and her family anew.

Today was the day we trained for!  We headed to Redlands early and sat with Nova while her parents came and went from work.

It's fun getting to know who Nova is becoming:  how she plays, her favorite books, how she pats her ears while she drinks a bottle, how taken she is by her parents...all of her.  What a wonderful little person!

We saw Alex out the door for orientation for his new permanent position.

We welcomed Tiana home from her night shift and saw her off to bed.
And we spent lots of time enjoying toys, blocks, books, meals and bottles.

As an added benefit, Alex finished early.  We spent the afternoon with him and had the chance to see Tiana off to work again before we headed home...thoroughly content.

Here's the day in a one-minute video (link here).

Thanks for taking up all this real estate in our hearts, little Nova B!

Today's Bloom

More peace lilies!
