We Love Happy Endings

 Brain cancer is...

 ...loving happy endings.

We took Zach to the airport this morning, and he's back in Colorado safe and sound.  That was a happy ending.

Next was an array change on our sunny balcony, above.  For once Darrell could be outside in the sun without seeking shade.  That's happy, but not an ending.

Christine and Lennie came for Birthday Month Lunch, Day 10.  It's Lennie's Birthday Month too.  Here's the view at our table.

And here's lunch's happy ending.

Cue The Story of the Hat. Christine had on a cute hat.  Until she didn't.

Darrell had a bold idea to rescue it.

Christine said no.  So the harbor walk included much hat switching.

Then Lennie had a great idea.  Buy a new hat.

We love happy endings!

What doesn't yet have a happy ending?  Darrell's birthday beach trip.  Here we stay for a few more days.

Happy Monday! Happy Endings!  Happy NOT endings!

Nova Taper

In case it's hard for you to suddenly stop seeing Nova daily, here's a video from yesterday.  She was reading my art journal. She's interested in my art?  Just one more heart-stealing endeavor. Totally effective. You'll see the famous Nova Point here too.
